Yue-Hin “Tom” Loke, M.D. is a board-certified pediatric cardiologist specializing in Advanced Cardiac Imaging at Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C., and assistant professor of pediatrics at George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Since residency, he has been involved in research with the 3D Cardiac Visualization Laboratory (3DCVL). He is an ardent supporter of incorporating 3D imaging into patient education and clinical practice. As an advanced cardiac imager, he is proficient in creating 3D modeling of advanced, complex congenital heart disease such as double outlet right ventricle. His primary interests include 3D modeling of congenital heart disease, and the use of advanced flow biomarkers and computational fluid dynamics to guide therapy, including the Fontan operation, the arterial switch in Transposition of Great Arteries, and pulmonary valve replacement in repaired Tetralogy of Fallot.
