Pei Laboratory
About the Lab
The Pei Laboratory focuses on basic scientific research relevant to medulloblastoma, one of the most common malignant pediatric brain tumors. The group uses novel mouse models and patient-derived xenografts to investigate tumorigenesis and mechanisms underlying therapeutic resistance and identify novel therapies that can ultimately be translated to clinical care to improve patient outcomes.
